About Megha
I am a graduate in commerce and post graduate in events and activation, A national level chess player. I worked as a corporate event manager for 2 years where my job profile involved content writing,conceptualizing and creative designing. After i quit my job i started taking tuition as it is one of the best ways to gain teaching experience. I have been taking tuition's at home teaching my children all the academic and non academic subjects. If i have to describe my tutoring style i would say it is discussion based,more friendly and practical so that i be in pace with them through present day skills and technology.

I as an educator know that student engagement is the key to learning retention and having a great overall classroom experience. With changing times, education requires adaptation and evolution. Students are not as easily captivated as before. Crafting an environment that is holistic and effective is vital for student learning. Not all students learn the same way, but all can be encouraged to participate actively in the classroom to build new knowledge. Some of the innovative methods I would use to engage students in my class would include technology to boost learning,storytelling as a powerful method to impart knowledge,Teaching with sense of humor,teamwork and self learning.
