About Mridul

I'm a certified Yoga Teacher from the Yoga Alliance. I'm currently giving yoga sessions to different MNCs for back pains and postures. The basic session includes 15 mins of warm-up, 30 mins of yoga, 15 mins of meditation. I also design personal sessions according to a person's needs. Yoga is not a kind of exercise. It's a journey and life in itself. Experiencing it as a beginner or as an expert is always a blessing.

About the lesson

My basic methodologies include 15 mins of warm-up, 30 mins of yoga, 15 mins of meditation. I also design personal sessions according to a person's need. My students meditate while doing yoga, which makes them feel every muscle of their body. There are many tips and techniques that I'll be telling you during our journey.
