I base my teaching on what I see, how people in a class move, in the case of private- how the individual moves and his or her history and goals. My classes are "sneaky strong," full of slow, specific movements that are solid and not hyper-mobile. Students find my classes very brainy and solid- my strength is offering students precise body awareness through my language and by taking our time.
I teach my classes so anyone can do the sequences. Both the Beginner and the advanced student. I start with a mediation, warmup, breathing, the routine and end with mediation. I always include the following: Toes, Hip and wrist stretches.

I am a bit silly and like to have fun. My teacher told me there is a difference between being intense and being serious, and not to be so serious. So ya, I always remember that and I like to try to be like that. Its good to practice hard and get tired but its really nothing to be so serious and strict about.
