About Linda
With a deep passion for yoga since 2019, and has been practicing Ashtanga since 2010. Linda is a dedicated yoga instructor who blends mindfulness, physical alignment, and breathwork to foster a balanced, transformative practice.
Linda is a certified teacher with over 1,000 hours of training, specializing in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, as well as Iyengar, chair yoga, and therapeutic yoga.
Originally from Shanghai, Linda moved to Toronto in 2022 and has continued teaching and practicing since then. She now keeps Ashtanga as her primary practice, and she’s excited to share its benefits with more people.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Linda will always create a welcoming and supportive space for people to deepen their practice, connect with their breath and bodies, find inner peace, and build resilience and confidence both on and off the mat.
Linda believes each practice is a journey towards great well-being, providing a holistic approach to health - Challenging but good challenging, looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

Linda offers Ashtanga primary and secondary series, including small-group (3-5 people) Ashtanga Mysore, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow.

Perfect! I’m so happy I found Linda. She’s an amazing yoga guru. I’m so excited to start my yoga journey as her disciple. Linda teaches each posture step by step based on the performance. She also explains every single detail of each posture to understand the dept of the posture. I only had 1 session with her so far and it was amazing. It’s surprising that only 1 yoga posture of Ashtanga yoga got me feeling like an hour workout session in the gym. If you’re looking for a “traditional” yoga guru then definitely reach out to her.

Details
Linda only offers in-person classes in the studio at Queen Street East (in the beaches area of East York).
As a practitioner herself, she knows deeply how correct alignment and hands-on adjustments can be INCREDIBLY beneficial, enhancing the overall yoga experience and helping the students progress safely and effectively in practice.
(The studio has a big open space and provides all the props the students need during the practice. )
