About Leah

Hello beautiful people!

I am a new yoga teacher just starting out. I have completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India in April 2024.

Armed with my new knowledge I have practiced every day and began creating flows of my own. Now I feel ready to start teaching and gain experience as a teacher.

As I am new to this I am offering the first lesson free and ongoing lessons at a reduced rate.

My aim is to teach private lessons to individuals or small groups who are beginners and would like to gain a better understanding of yoga.
I went to classes for a year before the teacher training - there is so much that you cannot learn in large group settings. I would love to give the opportunity to you of affordable, in depth lessons with personalised feedback and adjustments.
It is great to be able to talk and ask questions during lessons.

During the teacher training I found there is so much I was doing wrong because in large groups the teacher simply cannot adjust everyone or give time for full explanations.

Sometimes going to your first few lessons can be scary and you have to look around the room to understand what to do.

My aim is to share my knowledge with you to give you the best start in your yoga journey.

Let me help you discover your best self with the help of the beautiful ancient practice. Help me to become the best teacher

Perfect! Leah is a great person and excellent teacher. I have never done Yoga before in my life, or any exercise for that matter. Turned out it is very hard, but Leah makes it as easy as possible, while guiding and introducing you to the magical world of Yoga.
