I teach with a relaxed, calm approach. Students are able to move with their intuition, following my guidance and cues. I teach both relaxing and energizing classes/yin and vinyasa. I teach according to the energy I feel. No set postures.
I have a wide variety of teaching styles. I love to teach Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga. Flow is a form of practice that is breath lead, is challenging for the body and is form of moving meditation. Restorative is a passive practice that allows your nervous system to rest and recharge. All of my classes are taught with guided intention.
I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for four years now. I prefer to teach private or small groups as it allows me to really work with a client and get to know them both physically and mentally. I feel I am able to build stronger classes and help people through their journey with more compassion when focusing directly on them.

We use strength to build the stability for our joints, and deep stretching to release tension in our connective tissue.
