To describe a beginning session in this fluid routine... Keep in mind we want to flow and stretch all the major and minor muscles, tendons and ligaments in our bodies. Do so on a matted/cushioned/carpeted area at least as open as you can swing a bat 360° (that will give you room to move) Wear loose fitting sweat pants, tshirt and socks Be slow... be methodical...

My passion is to help people to have their own practice as well as keeping them safe and align. In My Hatha classes I would modify poses for different levels and cue the poses with details and different options, focus on student’s issues. Vinyasa classes are more flowing and fast-paced link with breathing (Inhalation and exhalation).
I love creating sequences that are simple, but that really makes you feel good after. I love doing the asanas (yoga poses) within the "crowd". By doing so, the students feel like we are are connected and equal. I always finish the class either by teaching a breathing technique or with a meditation session. And I am always open to conversations at the end of the class if a student may need it.
I teach intuitively and guide each class toward the needs of the individual participants. It is so fun to meet the babies of a prenatal or baby and me class, as even years later as they remember my voice and smile exuberantly when we meet.

I structure the class by beginning with pranayama or breath work, then moving onto warmups, the main postures, relaxation and finishing with meditation.
