I am a civil engineer with a couple of years of experience in the field. I opted to leave my job and start a masters degree to change my area of work into a more technical one rather than a field based job.

My teaching method involves establishing the student's/students' weak points that are holding them back from learning new concepts. Once those concepts are covered, I make sure to return to them every now and then to ensure that students still remember them. I also try to connect one subject to another they might be familiar with it, to make sure that they have a cue to remember said concept.
