About Holly
My name is Holly, and I currently have 6 years’ experience working with students to reach their full potential in English Literature/Language/Reading. I enjoy working with students based on your indivudal approaches to learning, whether you prefer to see things visually or just need some more confidence.
I am have a secret code to writing the highest-marking essays and a foolproof tip for analysing text. I have lots of mini games to play that encourage essential skills for english, too.
We will work together to figure out what works best for you!

I am a finaly-year law student at Durham University, who graduated from the International Baccalaureate (IB) with 45 points (the maximum points, equivalent to 5 A*s). I received the award for English Literature for my school 5 years in a row. I completed Higher Level English Literature with the maximum 7 points (A*). I have tutored English Literature, Language and Reading for 6 years, now.
I encourage learning based on the individual student’s learning style, whether that be more visual with diagrams, or oratory with reading. I have lots of strategies that I developed to succeed in exams that I hope to impart because they are essentially foolproof!
