About Dr Rajani
I studied medicine and became a Dentist, but soon realized that most treatments only addressed symptoms on the surface, while the true root cause remained untouched. Coming from a family of Yogis, I was introduced to meditation in childhood and began my self-practice of asanas in 2016.
My hunger for deeper yogic wisdom led me to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga (1 year) from Maharishi University and an Internationally Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Through this journey, I discovered that yoga is not just exercise—it is a way of living.
I believe yoga is for everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or health condition. Yoga is life. Yoga is breath. To honor yourself, to truly live—choose yoga.
With my medical background combined with yogic and spiritual training, my classes are designed on the foundation of science + medicine + spirituality. I focus on teaching the true essence of yoga while also tailoring practices for specific needs, such as:

Each 1-hour session is not just exercise—it is an inner journey of peace, healing, and self-discovery. Away from the chaos of the world, you will reconnect with your true self. Healing happens within you—I am only a humble guide to support you on this path.
Every class is thoughtfully designed and may include:
1. Prayer & Tapping – to awaken energy and positivity
2. Sukshma Vyayam, Dand & Surya Namaskar – to strengthen, energize, and detoxify
3. Asanas & Pranayama – for balance, flexibility, and vitality

NOTE:- You will be given "to do list" to build good habits 24*7 and i will myself keep a check on it. It will be a healing and self improving journey and not just limited to 1 hr of yoga session.

I joined Rajani Ma’am’s Hath Yoga sessions to improve my health, and it’s been a really positive experience.
