About Ivona

I want to be the teacher I wanted to have when I first started movement and yoga. I felt so confused about why we do things in a certain way, felt so alone in this journey of trying to get to know my body, and what practice it needed to feel good. I learned through 12+ years of experience, multiple sports, depression, and burnout to find the tools that allow me to feel better in my average day. I don't aspire to be an athlete or a guru. I simply found many, many tools that make my daily life better. AAAND I turn out to be real good at sharing them :)

About the lesson

It is a full body experience that will keep you fit, for sure. But the way it will shift your mood and attitude is what makes the whole difference. I have 12+ years of movement experience and a really good understanding of anatomy. The movement practice will be an all-in-one package, getting you more mobile, strong, and flexible. But that's just the extra. The main, real goodie is the way we will empty the mind, change the way we feel, burn these negative patterns away. And all that by simply committing to private yoga classes :)

Ivona has open the doors of yoga for me in a totally different way. From the very beginning she understood my limitations and guided me with a lot of kindness and patience through them. Every time I take one of her classes I feel challenged, nourished and taken care of. She always takes the necessary time to explain me how to align properly, how to take care of my body through the yogic movement and how to respect my physical boundaries and expand them little by little. Also, her meditations and breathing sequences at the beginning of her classes are fantastic, they really set me up for the adventure that comes next! Fully recommend her!
