About Tanvi
With over 3 years of tutoring experience and an MSc in Engineering Physics, I specialize in environmental physics. My approach is interdisciplinary, combining physics, engineering, and sustainability. I focus on issues such as climate change, renewable energy systems, and atmospheric processes. I believe that physics provides essential tools for understanding our planet. In my sessions, I integrate real-world data to make lessons practical. Students examine case studies of renewable technologies and their efficiency. We also discuss the role of science in shaping policy. This makes lessons relevant to both science and society. Many of my students are eco-conscious and motivated to contribute to sustainability. I also work closely with environmental science learners. I encourage reflection on both challenges and solutions. Lessons balance technical rigor with broader context. My goal is to show students how physics can be used to create positive global change.

My approach to teaching physics is calm, reflective, and centered on discovery. I believe that students learn best when they explore ideas for themselves. I teach them how to design experiments that are structured but flexible. Data analysis is integrated into every lesson, as it connects theory with observation. Error propagation is taught in a simple and clear way, making uncertainty less intimidating. Scientific reporting is also part of the process, ensuring students can present their findings effectively. I encourage learners to see science as a dialogue between questions and results. DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners find this approach especially helpful. They are supported in following their instincts while refining their methods. My role is to guide, clarify, and encourage reflection. Every session is a mix of hands-on practice and thoughtful discussion. Students gradually learn to trust their reasoning. Together, we turn experiments into opportunities for growth and confidence.
