About Max

I'm a 4th Year Medical Student at Bristol Medical School. I have a passion for learning and for teaching. I have tutored many students throughout my studies on platforms such as MyTutor, gaining over 200 hours of teaching experience. My lessons are laid-back and relaxed in tone, but vigorous in quality and quantity of subject content covered. I will always match your pace of learning, whether that be slow or fast, we will work together to find a style of tutoring that works for you. It's important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease in the sessions, and feel empowered to ask me any questions as we discuss content. I have always tutored students of all abilities, rest assured my lessons are not a place you will ever be told off for not knowing something - come as you are and we work from there! And finally, if you're a parent or guardian looking for a tutor for your child, let me reassure you that I always keep outstanding lines of communication with you so you know exactly how to best support your child in their studies.

About the lesson

I aim to create a welcoming and relaxed environment in our lessons together where you feel free to ask questions, make mistakes and be inspired to explore the subject further. Once the basics in terms of subject knowledge are solid, we quickly move on to past paper questions where you see massive improvements in confidence and skill, and your grades too! With revision support and guidance on how to smash your exams, I will take the journey to success with you every step of the way and offer all my support and guidance that I’ve mastered over years of tutoring. I look forward to meeting you.
