About Anvi

Hello, fellow yoga lovers! I'm excited to share a bit about myself and my yoga journey. For the past three years, I've been a certified yoga teacher, and it's been an amazing time of learning and growing.

I got into yoga when I needed some peace in my life. It quickly became more than just exercise—it became a way of living. Yoga taught me to love myself, accept who I am, and feel connected to everything around me.

I come from a lively community, and I've always loved how different people come together. This idea of everyone being included is important to me when I teach yoga. I want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome in my classes.

When I'm not doing yoga, you'll often find me outside, enjoying nature on hikes, or getting creative with art and music. I believe in living life to the fullest and finding happiness in every moment.

About the lesson

In my yoga sessions, I aim to empower students to embrace their own innate wisdom and strength. With a focus on mindful movement and breath awareness, I guide students through a practice that nourishes both body and soul.

My teaching style is rooted in compassion and authenticity, as I encourage students to honor their bodies and embrace their journey with kindness and self-compassion. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to offer a blend of dynamic flows, grounding poses, and moments of deep relaxation.

I believe that yoga is a personal journey of self-discovery, and I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where students can explore their practice with curiosity and joy. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are and empower you to grow and evolve at your own pace.
