About Kelly
I am 34 years old, hold a degree from Syracuse University and have had a long professional career outside my professional work in the education space. I love getting to know new people and helping them to do well. Most people would describe me as friendly and easy going to work with. In addition to my experience leading teams of adults, I often was tasked with managing the intern teams due to my kind nature and patience with folks who were learning and coming in with a variety of experience and were very green. I am a great communicator and like to work together collaboratively to help work towards our goals. Open for all questions and unique learning approaches if you think they would benefit you, I love to find new ways to solve problems.

Hi there! I am fun and patient. I enjoy working with different kinds of learners and finding out the best way to help you learn. My years of professional experience included everything from long form writing, pitches, news releases, etc. and my college experience was deep in the Political Science space with lots of study guides, memorization, learning policy evolution and applying it in the communications context for the world we live in today. For students or adults, I have extensive experience digesting whatever reading assignment or course materials you might be working on and identifying how you might best work through your assignments towards your goal (grade or otherwise). For children, I have worked with a range of ages and behavioral personalities - kids can be the most fun to work with and figure out how they like to learn, especially if they are struggling to figure that out. Mostly, I am a great sounding board for hearing HOW you will learn best. Everything after that will be unique and specific to you and your work - I think each student and person learns in their own unique way and that is where MY goal lies. I am easy going and hope to work together. :)
