About Vicky
I am an environmental chemist. I also have a background in pharmacy and cosmetic chemistry. I enjoy teaching chemistry as well as research and development, and instrumentation. My teaching approach is straight forward and based on comprehension not memorization (although for chemistry, some memorization is important). I like to break down each concept so that it is easy to understand. Then I test the student's comprehension with different types of questions and by increasing the difficulty level of the questions. I prefer one-on-one tutoring to give individualized feedback and notes.
