Teaching Method and Techniques: I utilize a combination of interactive activities, tailored lesson plans, and evidence-based strategies to make learning engaging and effective. My approach includes:

Differentiated Instruction: Adapting lessons to cater to various learning styles and levels.
Goal Setting: Working with students to set achievable goals and track their progress.
Interactive Materials: Using a variety of resources such as multimedia, literature, and real-world applications to enhance understanding.

Typical Lesson Plan: A typical lesson includes a review of previous material, introduction of new concepts, guided practice, and independent work. I focus on building foundational skills while also addressing specific challenges that students may face. Lessons are designed to be dynamic and responsive to each student's progress.

My extensive background in education and social work allows me to provide not only academic support but also build students' confidence and motivation. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential.
