About Maya
Throughout my 4 years of teaching music to absolute beginners, I've specialized in helping people who thought they had "no musical talent" discover their natural abilities. I love working with students who are nervous or shy about music, creating safe spaces where they can explore and grow at their own pace. We start with the most basic breathing exercises that feel natural and comfortable, gentle warm-ups for your voice, and simple songs that make you feel confident. No judgment, no pressure - just encouragement and support as you discover your natural musical abilities. For beginners interested in learning piano alongside singing, I offer additional piano lessons starting from absolute zero! These piano sessions begin with identifying keys, proper posture, and simple finger exercises before gradually learning easy melodies. Whether you choose singing only or add piano exploration, everything is designed for complete beginners with lots of patience and encouragement!
