Deepak trained us with proper warmup exercises and yoga for strengthening, endurance and flexibility. Learnt Variety of Yoga training in standing, sitting and in lie down positions. As trainer he corrects our yoga postures for our betterment. Stretching of body help to relieve any pain. Pranayamas, meditation made us reduce anxiety and calm our mind.
