With two years of tutoring experience and over 30 students taught, I implement a tailored methodology for primary school students (Years 1-6, and Year 7). My lessons emphasises personalised learning, where each session begins with a 5-10 minute assessment of the student's progress and goal setting, followed by 25-30 minutes of engaging activities like reading, writing, and interactive exercises tailored to their needs. The remaining 15-20 minutes involve individualised instruction and review, providing targeted guidance, feedback, and homework assignments to reinforce learning. The first half an hour session is complimentary, designed to introduce students to my teaching approach and establish goals for their learning journey. The following sessions are 1 hour long, but can be adjusted based on personal preference.
