About Daphne

My teaching approach blends traditional vocal techniques with modern digital tools to make lessons engaging and interactive. I use pitch visualizers and karaoke software to provide real-time visual and audio feedback, helping students track their vocal range and improve tuning accuracy. Voice memos are a great way for learners to review their progress between sessions and build confidence on their own time. We also work with digital sheet music platforms to explore phrasing control and experiment with different styles, allowing each student to find their unique sound. This tech-enabled learning environment is perfect for students who thrive with visual and auditory feedback. Whether you love variety or have creative goals, I tailor lessons to keep you motivated and inspired. I especially enjoy supporting those who identify as Soloists in Training or Crossover Artists—students who want to master technical skills while exploring diverse genres. Lessons are structured yet flexible, encouraging exploration and artistic growth. Together, we create a personalized journey that’s both fun and effective.

About the lesson

I am a singing tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, specializing in Voice. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and affirming space where every student feels safe, valued, and celebrated. I tailor my lessons especially for neurodivergent learners and students managing anxiety, understanding that each voice and journey is unique.

My approach includes sensory-friendly vocal exercises and clear visual cues that help make learning accessible and enjoyable. Gentle routines are a key part of my teaching, promoting comfort and steady progress without pressure. We explore calming genres like lullabies, instrumental vocalizing, and soothing pop to support relaxation and expression.

I believe singing should bring joy and build self-acceptance. Together, we work to develop calm confidence through mindful practice and creative exploration. Whether you are just beginning or seeking to deepen your skills, I am here to support you every step of the way.
