Not a Strength Plan - A key focus in bodybuilding is increasing muscle mass through hypertrophy training. You will gain strength following a bodybuilding program but it will be a slow progression. You’ll have better results following a strength program. Bodybuilding requires you to do high repetitions which means you’ll have to lower the weight to successfully complete your sets.
