About Avela Lindiwe
- I have been writing since adolescence as a way to process my emotions and keep them in a safe space - I grew into my voice in high school which allowed me to start a book club to share my passion for writing as an art form and way of connecting - My ability to articulate myself enabled me to join important teams such as the Transformation Committee at school and later the Student Council at university - My writing has been featured in a few local architectural newsletters and I have co-edited a magazine
