I am aware of the stigma around math and hope to work together with my students to overcome this fear and make them confident in their own abilities. I have worked as a tutor for a math center as well as a supplemental instructor for Montclair State University.

I believe that learning math is about patience and practice . Math can be a very difficult topic so I believe in having a solid foundation rather than pushing through despite being confused.
A typical lesson would include some instruction along with working on practice problems together and individually. However this can vary based on the needs of the student.
I have my associates degree in math education and will have my bachelors degree in mathematics as of may 2024.
I am knowledgeable on topics from k-12, algebra, precalculus, calculus 1, and linear algebra.
