About Akanksha
I am a second-year university student with a deep interest in wellness and psychology. My journey with yoga began as a way to manage academic stress and improve my posture after long study hours.
Now, I help fellow students and beginners find mental peace and physical relief through simple, guided flows. As someone who balances a busy academic schedule, I understand exactly where your tension lies—in your neck, shoulders, and mind. I focus on clear, 1-to-1 communication in English and Hindi to make your first yoga experience comfortable and effective."
