My teaching is learner-centered. Adapted to his socioprofessional needs.
From French culture/history to grammar, vocabulary, oral-written comprehension or expression, I can give different lessons that would encompass everything. Or if you have a good level in French, we can grab a coffee and talk in French. I'm very patient and I'd love to help you to improve your french.
I listen to your needs and goals: what do you need to speak French for? I then adapt my classes on how you like to work. Classes after classes, I'll know more about the way you study and evolve, so content will be even more precise with time.
I teach based on my students' needs. I approach my classes with structure, but I tend to stay flexible so everyone can follow at their own pace. My classes are meant for anyone who is willing to learn French very fast and use it at school or in their workplace.
I adapt my methods to each person and always try to find a way to combine theory and practice with different types of materials or formats, depending on the students' tastes. During the first session, I tend to ask a lot of questions about the students' objectives and motivations, but also their hobbies and interests.
My teaching methodology starts with an understanding of the course goals and students' needs. A prior preparation is extremely important to optimize the time dedicated to each session. I always like my students to participate to questions/answers, practical case studies and live examples.
My teaching methods are mostly focused around discussion, identifying pictures, words. I think games have a real educative purpose. What makes me special is that I'm very patient, open-minded, and genuinely enjoy teaching. The classes are meant for young children or teenagers of any level.
Verbal conversation first, in order to know the level of each individual - Then, take the time to get to to know what each person's needs are, their present knowledge, where they are now and where they want to go.
I can understand rapidly if there’s any particular difficulties for anyone trying to learn. I strongly believe that any well identified problem is already a problem almost solved. I can teach 100% in french if that’s wished for, but I don’t mind at all short english explanations if that helps comprehension.
I approach a subject with structure and flexibility. I use a participate approach during the lesson. I adapt my example to the interest of my students. I use exercises of practice since I believe that the more a student practice a language the more fluent he will be.
I aim to equally develop all skills; writing, speaking, and understanding. I always write and print out the layout of the lesson, alongside different kind of exercises for you to practice. On top of that, I like to provide every week with a song, a movie, and a poem so that you can connect with the French language and culture, while developing your language skills.
I like to adapt my classes according to the needs of each student and try new exercices to improve my classes. I try to speek french all the time or most of the time. But, obviously I can translate in english if needed. I have good knowledge of french expressions from France because it is my native country.
My teaching methods are structured but I also believe in being extremely encouraging and understanding. I currently work at a daycare and I find the best approach is to get on the students level and break down where the real misunderstanding is coming from and how I can further explain or adapt the technique based on this misunderstanding.
I tailor my lessons to each individual's learning style. The cornerstone of my method is to provide a non-judgemental, easy-going environment in which to learn. I also try to bridge the gap between student and teacher, approaching classes and sessions more as colleagues: I recognize that just as my students can learn from me, so can I learn from them, and I respect and appreciate that fact.
I beleive in well structured lessons. repetition is key but fun is never away from my classes. If it is not fun, it is not worth it. My typical class is structured around learning and producing while having fun and sharing.
Adjusting the lesson and the way of doing depending on everybody. I believe it’s better concentrating on quality than time. I will explain the same thing 30 times in 30 differents way if that’s what’s needed. I am really patient and love to share. I will come with a prepared lesson based on the needs of the student.
My teaching methods are ; knowing the student's level of comprehension and tackling the subject matter in a way to make the student at ease and assimilate better.
My teaching methodology is flexible depending on the age and the experience level of the person I am tutoring. If I am tutoring a young child with little French knowledge, I would teach French in short burst of 5-10 minutes then switch back to English to discuss our French discussion. In addition I would use multiple fun games/activities to keep the pupil interested throughout.
My methods include translation, reading and writing. Most of the works will be done on a copybook (for practice). Also, print-outs will be given in order to be read. I will make sure that the person understands the basic words and I will support him/her throughout the classes.
I approach the French language with the idea that anything you learn well must be fun and thorough. Explicit grammar watching paired with implicit oral, written and listening skills developed through authentic French texts and pieces, ensures success.
My teaching methods depend on how much the person I am tutoring knows French. If the person knows the language well enough, I will teach what is required, the syllabus that he/she has to follow or the requirements of an upcoming exam. If the person needs to go over something he/she does not understand, I will gladly go over it.
My teaching methods are that I assess my students' level and prepare my lessons according to their skills and needs. I usually use listening, speaking, reading and writing tasks in my lessons but I always put the emphasis on the skill my students need more help with so that they can see a quick improvement.
I am passionate about neuroscience and new approaches to interactive learning and adapted to each individual's abilities and strengths. The grammatical structure is approached in a more affordable way through targeted discussions and readings. The vocabulary is also enriched through specific readings to make it easier for you to acquire the French language.
My teaching methods are going over what the student feels that they are struggling with and finding new ways to try and help them understand it. This can include things such as re-explaining class lessons or notes in a different way, going over homework and assignments and providing assistance with those.
My teaching method is mainly going to be based on what the student already knows and where I can fulfil a gap to help him in his studies. For example, I can be helpful with homework, exams. As well as, help students to develop their conversational and grammar skills through interactive tools such as flashcards, toys, games.
A language is the art of communicating properly with other people through a clear understanding of the words used, the nuances and how to project one's personality with confidence and acuity. When you learn a new language, it is important to work on basic expressions capable to generate valid exchanges.
For french immersion students I like to mix English and French because it ensures the student understands what I'm teaching. Also, I've learned that students have longer attention spans if I tutor with both languages instead of only talking in French.
