Semi-private sessions are more affordable if you prefer learning with others.

Every tennis player builds their game on six essential strokes.

• The serve is your opening move and the only shot where you dictate everything.
• Your forehand comes from your strong side, using hip rotation to create speed.
• Your backhand reaches balls on your non-dominant side, using one or two hands.
• Volleys skip the bounce entirely, letting you finish points quickly at the net.
• The smash lets you attack high balls by striking down aggressively.

Once you control these six shots, you can handle any situation on court.
