I teach beginer to intermediate martial arts lessons and have been involved with youth sports for over 7 years.
With me you will learn confidence, leadership skills, self-defence, kicking, punching, breakfalls, patterns and much more!
My lessons are designed for those who are interested in starting martial arts in a more personalized setting. Private lessons are great for progressing faster and beneficial for anyone who needs extra attention.
