About Chiara
Hi, My name is Chiara and I've been a practicing yogi for almost 8 years. I first started yoga for sports therapy and found so many more benefits internally and externally from the practice. Today, I am a passionate instructor. I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Bali of last year and since I have been teaching privates to beginners and advanced students. I am most passionate about Hatha yoga and Vinyasa, however I also teach Pranayama and Meditation as well. Let's practice! Namaste.

I like to think my practice stems from the traditional form of yoga being a slower, but more intentional practice. I guide my students through pranayama and have them set an intention before we begin a class. This is the focal point of a successful and beneficial practice, in my opinion. I do incorporate strong postures and encourage connection to breath when holding such poses. I do enjoy teaching stronger, more challenging classes. However, I also create slower and more mindful Hatha classes which focus on alignment and intention.
