High UCAT scores have become increasingly critical and strict requirements for candidates looking to pursue careers in Medicine or Dentistry, especially in the process of interstate applications.

I sat the UCAT ANZ for the first time in 2025, giving me an up-to-date experience and understanding of the factors that contribute to a high UCAT.

I achieved an >99th percentile score of 2610 (880 VR, 850 DM, 880 QR), which was instrumental in enabling me to pursue my dream career of becoming a dentist. I am now a Bachelor of Dental Surgery student at Adelaide University and I want to help driven candidates give their best shot at pursuing their career goals.

With a score of 880 in my Verbal Reasoning section, I am a VR specialist who has in-depth understanding of the underlying factors that can make or break UCAT scores. I am passionate about this section of the UCAT in particular, and am eager to offer practical applications that many UCAT test-takers unfortunately never have access to.

About the lesson

Effective UCAT practice isn't just about the number of questions students can complete over the course of a test cycle. It's about intentional application of strategies, self-reflection and metacognition, and guided practice.

My approach to UCAT tutoring is one of guidance and empowerment: Having the necessary qualifications and experience, I offer my students unique, practical, and original advice as well as all the tools they need to unlock their full potential as a student who can work hard and work effectively.

My lessons are for committed, hard-working individuals who are passionate about a career in Medicine or Dentistry and are aiming to achieve a 2027 UCAT score that reflects their full potential.

One of my core teaching philosophies is that every student works best in different ways, so I tailor my teaching to equip my students with the strategies and approaches that work best for them.

My teaching schedule is adaptable to best fit the needs of my students, as I know from firsthand experience that learning is most effective when students are focused and engaged. A typical weekly session will take 2 hours.
