I will signpost useful resources, go through exam technique for the whole test and for each section, and talk you through example and practice questions.
Each week will focus on a different section of the test. We will talk about the skills required and exam techniques and timings, before trying some questions under timed conditions.
I will set tests and sections for homework to talk about in the lessons.
I am also happy to answer questions about what it's like at medical school, and would love to help with other aspects of admission- personal statement, interviews, work experience, choosing a medical school for your scores and strengths etc.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the tutor.
Rachel is very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable about the subject. My Daughter really looked forward to their sessions. She felt Rachel was able to focus on the particular areas she was struggling with and make things easier to understand. Quote from my daughter" She seems to have lots of time, I really like how she explains things"
I think Rachel will be an excellent French tutor. They are a kind and patient person and would no doubt be the same with their students. Rachel is also very good at explaining how the French language works in easily understandable terms. I would definitely recommend them as a tutor for anyone who is either just starting out with their French or a more experienced pupil.
