About Priya
Being born and brought up in India, Yoga has always been close to my heart. I used to practice it as a kid with my mom and in school and over the years I have gotten more involved with it as I like to challenge myself by learning difficult poses with constant practice and focus. I got certified in 2021 after practicing yoga for almost 15 years. I have seen yoga impact my life and have realized that its benefits goes far beyond getting a slimmer and toned body. With that intention I want to offer this class so that others can benefit from it as well and can integrate yoga in their daily lives.

I like to create fun and interactive classes where you take away not only the correct way of doing yoga but also understand the philosophy behind it and understand how it affects your body. I also add some time for meditation and pranayama(breathing exercises) to make it a perfect class for your body as well as your mind to make you feel energized from inside out. I offer different classes for different forms of yoga like Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga or Pilates.
