About Prakriti

I am an undergraduate student at University of Waterloo, currently in the 3rd year of my Bachelor of Mathematics degree. I am majoring in Data Science and minoring in Economics. I have experience working with students to improve their understanding of mathematical concepts.

About the lesson

First I like to set up a meeting with my student to fully understand what they need my help with. If they have specific doubts, I ask them to send the questions beforehand in order to fully optimize the time in class. If they need tutoring for a longer continuous duration, I like to sit with them and draw out a plan that would work best with them and their learning methods. Along with regular classes, I make my own assignments to help the student have a better understanding of the concepts being taught. In class, I discuss the assignment and help them with any difficulty they faced while doing it.
