About Jen
I am a martial arts practitioner who has been doing Taekwon-do for roughly 15 years. In addition to Taekwon-do I started mixed martial arts (MMA) at the age of 16 and have since had a handful of kickboxing/muay thai fights and competed at Worlds for Taekwon-do in Europe. I am looking to share all the benefits that martial arts has to offer and to use my knowledge of various combat sports to make individuals feel confident and safe.

My classes vary depending on the age of the student. I have experience teaching children as young as 3 and as old as 65. The purpose of our lessons is dependant on what the student is interested in and to provide a multidimensional form of exercise that effects mind, body, and spirit.
