About Jeremy
I graduated from High School as an Ontario Scholar, and am currently a Fourth Year Computational Science student, with only three courses left to finish my Honors Degree.
I've previously tutored in High School with positive feedback and results. After graduation, I'm planning to take a Bachelor's of Education.

My teaching methodology is a student-centered approach. It is flexible and will be tailored to the needs of the student.
I see my role being to help the students learn, and comprehend the subject material, and also to measure learning through questions and assignments.
My preferred class format would have one part where we discuss things on a conceptual level and answer questions, and a second part where we would practice the material to ensure understanding - I would assign problems or perhaps small projects. This would be either virtual or in person, as quarantine restrictions lift. I would also be willing to assist with test preparation.
My preferred subject level would be for high school level math or earlier.
I have experience with learning disabilities, and excel at breaking larger concepts into smaller pieces that are easy to understand. I'm a good listener, and am able to identify gaps in understanding which can then be addressed.
