About Eleanor
My approach is based on understanding rather than pure memorisation. I personally find it much more helpful to learn the explanation behind a method, formula, or concept, and that is the same approach I bring to my lessons. I aim to help students understand why something works, not just what answer to write down.
I have experience teaching a range of age groups, which has helped me adapt my explanations to suit different levels of understanding and confidence. I am patient, organised, and professional, and I tailor my lessons to each student’s goals, learning style, and pace.

As someone who has done GCSE and A-levels before, I know how difficult and boring it can be.
So, I am excited to show you the tips to make your learning easier and fun!
Every lesson will have:
1. A set of learning objectives tailored to your learning pace and exam board.
2. Detailed explanation about the concepts and principles of each topic.
3. Practice questions to consolidate your understanding.
4. Sample answers for you to get full marks
5. A PowerPoint presentation that covers everything above
Everything we are going to learn together will be broken into smaller chunks to make it easier for you to learn! I will be supporting you every step of the way. You will be building your confidence in no time :)
I have been teaching for 3 years and have extensive experience across various age groups and educational stages. I believe that every student has a different learning style, and it is important to focus on their strengths and areas of improvement.
