I have always believed in sharing my problems and the solutions I came up with to the person so that he/she can open themselves knowing that every person at some point goes through his/her own set of problems and it is normal.One more thing I believe in is to understand the mental space of the other person so that he/she becomes comfortable while talking and we can share the solutions among each other more freely.I know that we students find it difficult to open up with elders and it takes a lot of time but we will be almost equal in age so it makes a lot easier to break it down to people of your age rather than to elders.
