About Helena
My name is Helena and I am a 19 year old girl from Barcelona. I have been playing the piano and learning music since I was 7 years old. I have also been very involved with singing. I really enjoy music and teaching other people how to enjoy it too, since I think it is very liberating to master an instrument like the piano. I have done many concerts and exams and even tutored some keyboard students.

During my lessons I would like to help each student figure out which genre or musician they enjoy the most, so that we could focuse our future lessons on that. Of course I would practice technique with scales and arpegies, and I would also take the opportunity to introduce the basic notions of Musical Theory, which is key to understanding the piano. If the student was interested on getting a degree I would help them study the pieces to ensure a good grade on the exam.
