"Music exists beyond mere notation because it requires a pulse that beats through the wood and strings. My BMus in Popular Music from the Queensland Conservatorium paired with my Licenciatura from Argentina informs how I guide absolute beginners.
Most people assume that technical proficiency comes from rigid drills, but I find that Latin rhythmic intuition matters more. I have spent 13 years in Australia sharing the songs of my home in Mexico City to show that guitar is a language. My 13 years of experience helps me simplify barre chords and improvisation for younger students. Kids and teens appreciate my patient, cross-cultural approach to the instrument.
Whether you struggle with strumming patterns or reading tabs, I ensure the mechanics support your natural expression. Ear training remains the foundation for every student I work with. I simply enjoy seeing the instrument become an extension of your own voice."
