About Gavyn

Throughout high school I had many different math teachers with many different teaching styles. Some worked for me and some did not. Although one of them really helped me find my love and understanding for math.

I want to be that person for the next generation, I want to give back, and play my part in assuring that at least one person in the next generation loves math like I do.

About the lesson

I like to pull examples from my previous courses with homework questions and test questions I saved from school.

I am very persistent in the idea that to get better at math, you need to apply yourself in understanding and practice so that you can understand the concepts instead of simply the formulas.

The lessons are for anyone in middle school to high school level math courses (Gr. 6-12).
