As a graduate of the Royal College of Music, I rely on a deep understanding of music theory to simplify the fretboard for my students. I have spent 13 years refining a method that works for kids, teens, and adults who need a structured path towards mastery. We will cover power chords, barre chords, and acoustic technique with a high level of precision. My background as a Lieder and art-song specialist informs how I teach phrasing on the guitar. I prioritise ear training because hearing the music correctly changes how you approach the instrument physically.
