About Marcelo
Having started playing at ten, I collaborated with local bands during my teenage years and even participated in festivals. One particular song where I composed the arrangement won second place. At eighteen, I gave guitar lessons at a music institute in Brazil, but my career took precedence. Since then, playing guitar has remained a cherished hobby for me. Now, as a semi-retired software architect, I am excited to share my passion by offering tutoring sessions.
I also have open source projects related to guitars:

Let's explore the world of music together? Join me on this wonderful journey!
I am providing Acoustic Guitar Tutoring services for those wanting to immerse themselves in the captivating realm of music. I will guide you through the enchanting world of music with my passion and skill, having accumulated several years of playing experience.
Whether you're interested in mastering Classical pieces, exploring Brazilian rhythms, or learning popular hits, my tailored sessions cater to individuals of all ages and preferences.
Having started learning at the age of ten, I almost gave up due to being overwhelmed with music theories from my first teacher. However, switching to another private teacher who emphasized hands-on skill development allowed me to play simple songs within a few classes and fostered my love for music. Consequently, my tutoring approach prioritizes practical application and develops fundamental skills before delving into complex music theories. I can also provide music theories once you acquire the desired player skills.
Tutoring Sessions conducted in a comfortable setting
