About Mallory
I am an Acrobat! I started my career as a gymnast when I was 5 years old. I have competed in as high as level 7 as an artistic gymnastics and I plan on going back shortly. I have been coaching since I was 16 years old and now at 19 I have gained so much knowledge from working with various talented acrobats and coaches. Also, I enjoy doing my own research work on child development and the proper way to train to prevent injury.

Student safety is my number 1 priority. My lesson plan depends on my student. We always start with a strength warm-up to activate the core muscles as well as a light stretch to prevent injury, we then move on to the basics of tumbling and develop more complex skills depending on what the student wants to achieve.
