About Emma
Emma is a certified ADHD coach with over eight years of experience supporting neurodivergent young people and adults. She specialises in helping clients who have spent years feeling “bad at” being organised, consistent, or functional — not because they lacked effort, but because the systems around them were never built for ADHD brains.
Emma offers structured, evidence‑informed 10‑week ADHD coaching programmes designed to create real, sustainable change. Each programme is grounded in affirming, strengths‑based coaching that reflects how ADHD actually works rather than how people think it should work. Clients learn practical executive function support, age‑specific strategies, technology integration, ethical coaching practice, and advanced neurodivergent‑informed techniques.
Her approach focuses on building trust, sustaining motivation, and helping clients create habits and systems that genuinely fit their brains — not forcing them into neurotypical frameworks.
