"Watching the first inkling of confidence spark in a student is my favorite part of the job. I spent years refining how to teach pronunciation, accent, and complex academic writing to the 299 students I have supported. My work often involves assisting immigrants as they integrate into Canadian life through improved listening comprehension and reading skills.
