About Alec
I teach guitar with a strong focus on developing advanced ear skills. I have over 2 years of teaching experience and advanced training in guitar studies. My lessons help students connect sound to the fretboard. We work on transcribing solos from recordings. Students learn to hear chord progressions clearly. Interval and harmonic recognition are practiced regularly. Relative pitch is strengthened over time. Perfect pitch awareness is introduced thoughtfully. Lessons are engaging and student-focused. I adapt to different learning styles. Confidence grows through listening. My goal is to help guitarists hear music accurately and play with freedom.
