About Jeet
Hi, I’m Jeet, a 17-year-old student currently studying Advanced Higher Chemistry, Advanced Higher Biology and Level 7 Modern Biological Technologies. I’m passionate about science and enjoy helping other students understand topics that they may initially find difficult. I have been a straight 'A' student since high school and looking forward to making you one too
As I am currently studying these subjects myself, I have a strong understanding of the SQA course content and the types of questions students are expected to answer in exams. I aim to make lessons relaxed, friendly and easy to understand, while focusing on building confidence and improving exam technique.
I offer tutoring for National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Chemistry and Biology, as well as National 5 and Higher Maths. Whether you need help understanding a specific topic, preparing for an upcoming assessment or working through past-paper questions, I can adapt lessons to suit your individual needs.

My teaching techniques and methodology
I aim to make lessons clear, engaging and suited to each student's individual needs. I can explain difficult topics in a simple way, work through questions step-by-step, and help students understand where they are going wrong. I also focus on exam-style questions, past-paper practice and SQA requirements so students can become more confident with the types of questions they will face in their exams.
Typical lesson length
Lessons can be flexible depending on the student's needs, ranging from around 30 minutes to 3 hours. I am happy to adapt the lesson length depending on the topic, level and amount of support required.
My qualifications and experience
I am currently studying Advanced Higher Chemistry, Advanced Higher Biology and Level 7 Modern Biological Technologies. I have a strong interest in science and enjoy helping other students understand challenging topics. As a current student, I understand the SQA courses and the difficulties students can face when preparing for assessments and exams.
