Bruce Herold repeatedly shows how focused and passionate he is about flying; he always has a smile on his face and loves people. That's how I know he is a great person; he is always excited to see everybody and puts smiles on our faces. He is very driven and hard-working to succeed in his field, always studying in our common room and putting his best foot forward with everyone he meets. Bruce is a very good boy, 10/10 would recommend.
