About Nicolas

I am a medical doctor interested in becoming a sports medicine physician. With a scientific background and well-researched on physical and mental wellness with the addition of more than 10 years in supporting people to achieve what they want and become independent, I will guarantee you results to have the body you want and the mindset that helps you through your day-to-day encounters.

About the lesson

As a 6th year medical student and previous professional level football player and current bodybuilder, who had a strong background in psychology I would help you to learn more about yourself and help you to aim high and achieve greatness
