About Aleesha
My name is Aleesha Dupe, and I've been teaching swimming for 5 years. I hold lifeguard and water safety certifications, and I've worked with learners of all ages — from toddlers to older adults. I'm known for my calm, encouraging style, and my ability to help nervous swimmers feel safe and supported. My students trust me because I never rush them and I always celebrate their progress, no matter how small. I've helped young children overcome their fear of water, adults learn to swim for the first time, and swimmers improve their confidence and technique. With me, you'll develop a genuine love for the water and the skills to enjoy it safely.

Hi, I'm Aleesha Dupe. I've taught swimming for 5 years, and my focus is on helping swimmers of all ages build confidence in the water through gentle, supportive instruction. I work with young children taking their first lessons, adults who have always avoided the water, and anyone who wants to improve their swimming skills in a stress-free environment. My lessons are built around water safety, floating, and breath control. We start with relaxation in the water, getting comfortable with submersion, and learning how to float with support. Then we move on to kicking, arm strokes, and full coordination for freestyle and backstroke. I also teach treading water and basic survival skills. My approach is patient, kind, and always paced to your comfort level — you'll gain confidence naturally, step by step.
